With 6.x-1.8+3-dev version, when I created a new ticket or a reply, I have a white screen of the death.
Report log records:

Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mysite/public_html/sites/mydomain/modules/smtp/phpmailer/language/phpmailer.lang-fr.php:27) dans /home/mysite/public_html/includes/common.inc à la ligne 350.

I had this issue in the past and it remain again for sure with the last stable version and the last dev version.

@spacio, to get a white screen of death [wsod] you probably have PHP display errors off. I suggest you add "ini_set('display_errors', 1);" to your settings.php file so that you can idenity the problem. FYI do not use this on a live production site. If you find an error in the support module please reopen this ticket.

Your error looks to have stemmed from smtp module.
