I have this on Drupal 7.0 when install Support Ticket System 7.x-1.x-dev :

* Notice : Use of undefined constant COMMENT_MODE_THREADED_EXPANDED - assumed 'COMMENT_MODE_THREADED_EXPANDED' dans support_install() (ligne 436 dans /home/xxx/www/sites/all/modules/support/support.install).
* Notice : Use of undefined constant COMMENT_ORDER_OLDEST_FIRST - assumed 'COMMENT_ORDER_OLDEST_FIRST' dans support_install() (ligne 437 dans /home/xxx/www/sites/all/modules/support/support.install).

My config :

Gentoo OVH release 2
Mysql server : 5.0.44
* Apache/2.2.16 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.16 OpenSSL/0.9.8o
* Version client MySQL: 5.0.44
* Extension PHP: mysql

These appear to just be notices and not fatal errors, at least for me. I get a bit further, able to configure permissions and I see a support ticket content type, but none of the admin/ menu hooks seem to be working for me.

This is a duplicate issue, since D7 seems to be very much a work in progress per #1078454: Error during install of the module
