Drupal sends emails when a user forgets their password, but when a new ticket is created no email is sent. I've looked through the support configurations and don't see anything obvious that needs to be enabled to make this happen. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Chris

chris.datfung commentedLet me clarify. An email is sent to the account who created the ticket. I want the admin's to know there was a new ticket created as well. How do I setup support so that the admin accounts get notified via email about all new tickets and comments?
Sorry for the confusion,
Chris

Corbula commentedI think i've found a work around. Under client settings go to auto subscribe and put the username of the user you want notified. In my case admin.
When you look at tickets that have been created, admin is already subscribed but doesn't seem to get notified. Just put admin in the auto subscribe and it seems to work.
