Problem/Motivation

I get this warning when running an unrelated test: superfish_requirements without a #[LegacyRequirementsHook] attribute is deprecated in drupal:11.3.0 and removed in drupal:13.0.0. See https://www.drupal.org/node/3549685

Steps to reproduce

Run tests of a module on D11.4/PHP 8.3 or similar.

Proposed resolution

I'll create an MR and push changes. Note that https://www.drupal.org/project/superfish/issues/3610438 has a partial fix.

Thank you for your contribution, I have reworked a bit your MR in order to move all hooks from module to Hook classes and refactor some methods and introduced some helper classes, but I kept all you changes.

BTW your MR #31 is broken
