Different top label for SubMenu

Hi,

Not sure if the title is descriptive enough but what I would like to achieve is the following:

The menu in full width displays as
-Home -Services -Page1blarblar -Page2blarblar -Page3blarblar
--Service1 --Service2 --Service3 --Service4 --Service5

This is fine works as I want it.

Accordion narrow width mode it shows as:

-Home
-Services
--Services (this is the cloned menu item)
--Service1
--Service2
--Service3
--Service4
--Service5
-Page1blarblar
-Page2blarblar
-Page3blarblar

But I would like it to display

-Home
-Services
--View All Services (change the cloned to this)
--Service1
--Service2
--Service3
--Service4
--Service5
-Page1blarblar
-Page2blarblar
-Page3blarblar

Is this possible and how would I go about it please?
