The module's .info states a dependency solely to the menu module. But contrary to the .info file, the implementation of hook_uninstall refers to the database table 'block' which will not be present in case the block module has been disabled and uninstalled.

There are 2 possible solutions to this problem:
a) setting a new dependency to the block module
b) make the call to db_delete dependent to the existance of the table

Personally, I prefer option b), because when using for example panels the module "block" remains mostly useless and will be uninstalled.

Hey there,

Already taken care of (the A though, I'll probably add B to my to-do too) please try the development release (requires the master branch of the SF library), and close this as duplicate, thanks reporting this anyway.
