Tests around admin form

The attached patch, against the head of 7.x-1.x, adds a couple of simple tests around the admin form and sets the superfish_number variable to 4 on install. This is so superfish_number exists before testChangeNumberOfBlocks() runs - it simplifies testing by reducing the number of states the variable can be in.
