Is there a way to create keyboard shortcuts to menu drop downs or menu items?

Can the menus created by this module be navigated using a keyboard only (no mouse)?

These features are desired for improved 508 compliance/accessibility.

Hi,

You can use this for AccessKey https://drupal.org/project/menu_attributes and yes it creates keyboard accessible menus.
