Cache superfish_block_save $output variable

I'm willing to contribute on this one.
superfish_block_save executes on every non-cached page, particularly affecting themers and developers with extra overhead.
Propose storing $output in the database, checking for it on subroutine initialization. Remove the entry on menu change, configuration save. Put no-cache checkbox in config so developers do not need to refresh.
