1. Put 4 menu blocks in on a page.
2. Go to /admin/config/user-interface/superfish, reduce the number of blocks to 1.

Bug: The other 3 menu still persist on the page, but does not appear on the block management.

Suggestion: Instead of /admin/config/user-interface/superfish, put "Add a SuperFish block" on block management.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks for reporting this, well the reason is the form does not remove the blocks from the database, I think it should just set the region of the reduced blocks to "None", will add to my to-do.
