CacheRawBackendInterface: Fix a few documentation nits.

While looking the code over, I had to tease out the fact that the documentation of

CacheRawBackendInterface::counterMultiple()
CacheRawBackendInterface::counter()

was hiding a slightly complex return type

Might as well fix this in public.
