Text format suitable for summaries, using CKEditor 5 and allowing bold, italic, lists and other HTML tags only but no links (anchor tag), making it good for listings where the summary itself will link to the full content and for being excerpted for search results and other places without the site's styles.

A Drupal recipe (developed by and for Drutopia but usable anywhere) for a CKEditor5-powered HTML text format for summaries— normal HTML tags only, and no links allowed (excludes anchor tag). This makes it suitable for listings that will themselves be links to the full content and for being excerpted for search results and other places without the site's styles.
Post-Installation
For a text fields used for summaries, edit the field (under Manage fields for the given content type or other content entity) and select only "Summary HTML" for the Allowed formats.
Additional Requirements
Requirements are only Drupal core: CKEditor 5 module (which requires Editor module which requires Filter module and implicitly Text module, all standard Drupal core modules).
