The 1140 CSS Grid library should be included in the theme from sites/all/libraries/1140 or other library folders supported but the Libraries API module.

Docs on the project page should be updated to indicate the change and instructions.

THis has been completed. Due to incompatibilities with Drush Make, the folder for the 1140 CSS Grid is sites/all/libraries/1140_cssgrid.
