Still unable to subscribe to hidden term fields

Hi,
thank you for your very useful module.

I just have found an issues which is reported as solved - users are still unable to subscribe to hidden term fields (declared in dev version #1575838 by rooby, salvis: Add support to allow making term subscribe options visible for hidden term fields. ). If I make it visible, it works.

Admin can see the subscription check box but marked as unavalaible for regular users.

Thank you for any suggestion how to solve it.
