You provided a translation for Subscriptions 1.9, but that version already wasn't actively supported anymore. We have in the meantime developed 2.0 from scratch, and I would be very interested in getting a Dutch translation for 2.0.

There is a pot file included, and I think the strings should be quite stable and complete now.
