karingAfter enabling beta4 - did you run update.php (or if you can via the command line: drush updatedb)? Perhaps you already did but I need to confirm this as your 2. tells me there may be troubles reading the database table(s). Let me know and we'll puzzle on.

salvisBETA4 works just fine for me.
There is no database update between BETA3 and BETA4.
I don't know signup.module, but I don't think it's related to Subscriptions in any way.
Have you updated other modules at the same time?
If this were a common problem, we'd have received more reports by now. I think this is a local problem on your site and we don't have enough information to work on it from here.

bluenose37 commentedResolved all issues except for #2.
I have tested this with a fresh install of Drupal 7.14
The summary page shows a count of '0' for all subscription types although there are subscriptions selected.

salvisYour screenshot shows that you have a "Signups" tab — is that the signups.module which has given us #3? And you have a custom content type Events.
It also shows us that you've configured Subscriptions to unlist Basic page and to remove the On update, On comment, and Send Interval controls.
We can't tell what other customizations you've made and what other modules you have installed, but this is definitely far away from a "fresh install."
A fresh install would be to install Drupal, Subscriptions, and its dependencies, but nothing else, and to go straight to what you want to demonstrate, leaving everything else at default.
