In the following example only the Content Type subscriptions are enabled and two content types have been choosen at admin/config/messaging/subscriptions/content

When a user goes to his account -> Notifications -> Subscriptions and edits a subscription there is a Content Type field. I would except to see only the content types which i have chosen on my global configuration but instead, it shows all the available content types

What modules exactly are you using?

For a basic D7 subscriptions install (Subscriptions / Token / Mail Editor) the configuration is at:
/admin/config/system/subscriptions
In this form you can either Unlist or Block specific content types.

Hi KarinG,

I have all Subscriptions modules enabled + Messaging module
There is nothing at the path you told me to look. Did you mean admin/config/messaging/subscriptions?

If yes then under Content tab i have selected only the content types I am interested in already. More specifically its under admin/config/messaging/subscriptions/content

So the URL you're listing "admin/config/messaging/" is injected by messaging module -> not the subscriptions module (this project).
