I add a link to subscribe to a type of content like in the documentation :
http://xxx/user/register?destination=subscriptions/add/type/appel-projet or simply /subscriptions/add/type/appel-projet
but i got a warning message :
Warning : call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'subscriptions_add_form' not found or invalid function name dans drupal_retrieve_form() (ligne 773 dans /var/www/clients/client46/web83/web/includes/form.inc).
If you've got any idea to solve this..

Fixed in the -dev version (give it up to 12h to be repackaged).
