From the first line of the module's description it states: "subscribe to be notified of changes to nodes"

but does it actually do this?.. i can only seem to get notifications if i add comments to a node not if i actually make changes to a node. Am i missing a setting somewhere?

ok, i think i see from the code now that the module is capable of doing notifies on node updates.. but for some reason it doesn't notify if the node is published. Not sure i understand the logic to that; but easy enough to hack out i guess.
