warning: Missing argument 3 for subscriptions_comment_page()

Hi,

i'm fairly sure this is a bug and not related to any other modules i have installed.

when ever i insert a content item with subcriptions enable for that content type i get the following error:
warning: Missing argument 3 for subscriptions_comment_page() in /var/www/html/barntema.se/modules/subscriptions/subscriptions.module on line 633.

the error only exists on inserting not editing.
