Email sending not working in HEAD

Email sending is not working in HEAD.

Also the html-tags should be removed from the emails. It's not a good practice to put html formatting into email subjects (and into emails).

In the attached patch is my suggestion how the email should look like. Also in the patch is the same fix that somebody made into DRUPAL-5 branch.

The patch is against HEAD because categories are not working in DRUPAL-5.
