Sending headers again, changing color in Bartik?

I only mention this because when I disabled Subscriptions, the site immediately started working again. I will see if the problem recurs and let you know. I think it may have been a fluke, because I hadn't even tried to use the module; I had installed it and left for a few hours.

Using Bartik with a custom color scheme; the original color flashes, then is overwritten by the default blue. Also repeats the top of the page (site name, blue banner, etc.) at the very bottom and throws a "headers already sent" message.
