Breaks against Drupal 11.4

Problem/Motivation

Possibly earlier, Drupal core made a breaking change (as is their right to an underscore function) to _install_module_batch()

TypeError: _install_module_batch(): Argument #1 ($modules) must be of type array, string given

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Update batch module enabling to work in Drupal 11.

Should figure out when exactly the change was made or a way to check the function signature to maintain backward compatibility though.
