First, I would like to offer you grateful thanks for this module, which is full-functional relationships between nodes solution that I need. I tested it on http://www.tcao.com/drupal.

I noticed that when we click "Delete" on child node there is no confirm delete dialog to prevent the accidental deletion of data, but this will be useful.

i've added an option in the subform field config window, that now allows you to prompt the user before deletions
