State transtion buttons integration with views (StateTransitionFormFormatter)

I have a custom entity view with a state field formatted as transtion form.

The rendering of the buttons work, but they do not behave as expected. I haven't debugged enough, but it seems that the StateTransitionForm::submitForm() is not able to identify which element in the view it belongs to.

Other action buttons in views are links with a specific route, while the current state transition buttons are just submit buttons that expect to be used within the context of a single entity.

I would like to provide a patch, but I am not sure what is the ritght approach to fix this.
