Use $title instead of $page_title

It would appear that the $page_title variable was some sort of customization specific to spreadfirefox.com or a leftover from an old version of phptemplate... the variable for each page's title is $title in my (stock) phptemplate install. A quick search/replace patch of $page_title to $title is attached.
