Module doesn't correctly check if destination is not front page

found this while debugging cron failures. wget example.com/cron.php does not work, visiting example.com/cron.php in a browser does.

Heine on irc said "It checks if q is empty, but not that the handler is index.php" Not sure if he's correct, but forwarding along in case this hasn't been fixed yet.
