The Admin > Spam > Logs tab has an ID column showing the ID of the spam item. This column should be a link so admins can easily see the item that was marked as spam.

I think I'll do this. An alternative idea is to add an 'edit' option, but I suppose that is less usable.

Currently you simply have to click "details" to get this link. In the upcoming 5.x-2.x release I'll look at improving this area of the workflow.
