format_name() changed to theme('username'..) patch

Two comments:

1) This patch is against the old buggy version of the spam module. I do not recommend that anyone use the version found on Drupal.org, and I am no longer maintaining it. I have completely re-written the spam module fixing bugs and design flaws. The new version can be found here.

2) I do not intend to fork the spam module until the code freeze, thus I will not be making this change to the 2.0 version of the spam module for at least another two weeks.

That said, thanks for the patch. It will be helpful when I fork the spam module to support Drupal 4.7.

Ok I converted to the newer code and applied the format_name patch to the new code (by hand as there were 4 occurances in different places from the older version). I still do not get any thing useful on the screen on the settings page.

Since there are various format_xxx other functions calls, perhaps they need similar theme patches.
