Problem/Motivation

The footer section does not have a top/bottom spaces when you do not use the logo(image).

Steps to reproduce

The socialblue theme should have a default style.
If you have a logo on the footer block, this logo should remove.
Check the footer section.

Proposed resolution

Add spaces for the footer section if you do not have a logo on the footer block.

User interface changes

The footer section has top/bottom spaces if you do not use the logo on the socialblue theme(default styles).
