Here's a small patch that includes the following improvements:

  • added notice about 'view snoobi' permission to module configuration page, see this discussion: http://drupal.org/node/1277642
  • changed menu path so module is in same place with Google Analytics in section admin/config/system
  • added configure parameter to module .info file
  • small changes to README.txt because menu structure is different in Drupal 7
