If this could replace features in a way that you have bit more control about what you export by integrating all the ctools exportables and views, strongarms and contexts I would use this module by default on every site!

Personally I'm not fond of features since I just need a way to export all my exportables and put it into a nice module ready to be updated.
I'm running short on time, otherwise I would help but it doesn't seem to be very difficult to implement.
