Problem/Motivation

If a override is reverted to defaults than a revision for the site exists but does not correspond to an override but the "compare with canonical" link is shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an override.
2. Revert to defaults.

Proposed resolution

Show the link only if hasOverrideForSite is TRUE.
