Parse Error when enabled.

I recently installed the Single Login module and enabled it. Since then, Just going to my site gives the message...

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ARRAY, expecting ')' in /home/content/k/l/y/klygen9/html/modules/single_login/single_login.module on line 331

I have checked the code, and it looks ok. I can't get into my site at all. Is there an easy way to unenable the module through phpmyAdmin so I can at least get into my site? Please!!!!
