All CI pipeline jobs (cspell, phpcs, phpstan, eslint) are happy now

PHPStan is not fully happy because the ArchiverInterface and ArchiverManager deprecations (Drupal 11.3) are suppressed in phpstan.neon for now as there is no direct replacement. This will break in Drupal 12 and should be addressed in a dedicated issue.
