There is currently a hook prior to logging in. I think it would be useful if there was a hook prior to logging out as well.

@briand44, introducing a hook it a good idea, but I think it's also important to provide a context to the hooks, so that other modules are able to act on variables of simplesamlphp_auth_user_logout().
