Great theme, looks promising
While testing the theme on one of my local sites I got empty page in the default drupal front page
no sidebar, no teasers, no content...

Other pages, including nodes, views, admin etc.. looks great

Yes, this is explained on the project page under the heading 'Front Page':

This theme has a customised front page (page-front.tpl.php) that features 4 extra block regions and the site's mission statement. If you'd prefer to use Drupal's default front page (as specified under 'Site information'), simply rename or delete the 'page-front.tpl.php' file.

To explain further, the front page contains only the mission statement and 4 block regions (front-top, front-left, front-middle and front-right). To use it, simply add blocks to these regions. If, however, you prefer Drupal's regular front page (as set under 'Site information'), simply rename or delete the 'page-front.tpl.php' file (and clear the cache).

I'll update the project page with more detailed information to prevent further confusion.
