I just installed this module and on the add question page,I can't see any section or text area for adding questions.
I can only see the alternative and feedback areas.I filled them both,but when I try to save,it tells me I must fill in a question,but there is no question area.

I uninstalled the module but the create simple mcq node link is still on the menu item and gives white screen error.

Hi,
I worked in Simple Mcq module. I installed simple mcq module and added more than 5 questions. It works fine. The text area for adding questions is visible. After the uninstallation of simple mcq module, clear the cache once. The create simple mcq node link and the white screen error is shown due to cache problem. So after clearing the cache, it will be cleared.
Check your custom css files whether you have given the text-area visibility as hidden. That may hide the text area for the questions.

I'm changing the issue to support request in further to the inference of testing did by my colleague. Let us know if you have any specific steps to reproduce the bug mentioned above.
