Problem/Motivation

Regions inside of the maps are clickable, and the cursor should reflect this by becoming a pointer.

Steps to reproduce

Hover over a region in a map, the cursor does not change to a pointer.

Proposed resolution

Add a css property to change the cursor to a pointer when a user is hovering over the map.
