Release notes

Release 8.x-3.7 of the Simple Instagram Feed Block fixes a Drupal 9 installation bug and adds a new feature that provides the ability to choose different numbers of image per row depending on three responsive breakpoints. Big thanks to @paulocs for assistance in the issue queue.
