No update path from 7.x-1.x

Problem/Motivation

1. AEgir host refused to update from 7.x-1.x because that version has 7102 as highest hook_update_N() and 7.x-2.x has 6200 as highest number.
2. Tables that are created by 7.x-1.x are no longer used in 7.x-2.x, but not removed.

Proposed resolution

Fix the update path.
