On the project page you say it depends on signup 2.x. But I could not find signup 2.x version. Even the latest development version off signup is tagged as signup 1.x dev? So where can one resolve the required dependency?

signup 6.x-2.x-dev is not listed on the "frontpage" for the module, but can be found under all releases.
