sharedblocks 7.x-2.0-beta2

This is the first 2.0 release (fixed one more item after tagging beta1, so that release was not posted).

This update includes some significant changes to the underlying structure, and now requires CTools. Subscribed blocks are completely managed through the CTools Export UI now, and can also be exported to Features.

The issues addressed in the 2.0 release:

1. #1613178: Features integration
2. #1681872: Move cached contents of subscribed blocks out of the sharedblocks table

The upgrade path from 7.x-1.0 should work, but I've only been able to test it with one site. If you're upgrading from the 7.x-1.0 version of this module, make sure you test the upgrade on a development site first, and please post an issue if you run into any problems.
