According to my logs the module is looking for arrow_right.png in image directory but no image directory was part of the download.

Thanks for reporting. I added the images folder but forgot to add its contents to CVS.

Just downloaded the non dev version - no image folder in that zip either. Also can I just install this over the the dev version or is there an install method to follow?

Yes, the non-dev version has not been updated yet. I will post a new release once the new features I currently have in development are ready for release.

For the moment, you can download the developoment snapshot at http://drupal.org/node/223959. The code does not contain any differences, only the two files are there.
