Was getting smart IP results from other sessions with this module and smart ip. This was hard to track down as I thought it was authcache, memcache, and disabled all those. When I disabled session_cache. The correct IP and locations were showing in smart_ip's JS settings.

Let me know if I can provide any more detail, though for now I'm just disabling it.
