possible conflict with drush clear.cache.inc [#2039255]

drush rr
The registry has been rebuilt. [success]

Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/share/php/drush/commands/core/clear.cache.inc:2) session_cache.module:134

However, drush clear.cache.inc file is nearly empty. I am not sure why? I am running drush 4.6

ls -al /usr/share/php/drush/commands/core/clear.cache.inc
-rw-r--r-- 1 6226 6226 1 2012-07-11 08:19 /usr/share/php/drush/commands/core/clear.cache.inc

4.6 is pretty old, can you update to a more recent version? I think they're at 6.1 now. Does the problem still exist?

I'm seeing the following, i.e. no problem whatsoever with Drush 5.8:
