I'd like to apply for co-maintainer/commit access for Serial Field.

For now I've done a lot of refactoring and small improvement for this module (https://www.drupal.org/node/2323277). In a future I want to add support for field collection entity and write the SimpleTest for automatically testing the work.

As I'm impressed with your code in the that other issue, I agree. Unfortunately, even though I'm a maintainer, I don't have grant access. Please get in touch with kirsh, and ask him to add you, and/or ask him to provide me with grant access.
