"Export Sensor Reading nodes to CSV file" link on Sensor Board node page

Give users the option to export their Sensor Reading nodes to CSV for use in other applications.

3 options:

# 1. Build something around SQL OUTFILE
Custom code that delivers the output from something like:
SELECT * from myTable INTO OUTFILE 'querydump.csv' FIELDS TERMINATED BY ',' ENCLOSED BY '"' LINES TERMINATED BY '\n'

# 2. Views Bonus module

# 3. Views Data Export module

A fork of Views Bonus especially for exporting large data sets. I'm not sure if it uses the Batch API. What I'm worried about is no visual feedback on the processing.
