send.module behavior while using cck+import_node+views

I'm not sure if it is a bug or desired behavior of send module. I'm using it with cck+import_node+views+send so i m importing like 100 custom types of nodes than displaying it using views, everything is fine until you are Authenticated user,as soon as you log off by clicking on send to friend it appears "Problem opening this item". After few hours of playing with many factors i figured out that the problem is "Publish options". If nothing is set there [there was nothing set because i used import_node without appropriate column] the send.module is unable to opent the page. After setting all nodes to published everything works fine.
Conclusion or question: Why is it working differently for authenticated and anonymous user while they have same access rules? If it requires the node to have flag published it shouldn't work for authenticated user either... I dunno maybe i m wrong but there is inconsistency in this behavior.
