theme issues

would like the theme function to be more configurable. some values that might make it easier to override w/o theming:

%title
%teaser
%node_url
%author
%type

maybe some of the other values given in phptemplate.

also, pass the $node with the theme function, to allow themers to override this entirely. then you don't even really need to support some of these otherwise handy values.
